Where these Terms and a signed project agreement differ, the project agreement takes precedence for that work.

Any prices shown on the Site are indicative starting points and are not a fixed quotation. Final pricing depends on the agreed scope and is confirmed in writing before work begins.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content, design, logos and materials on the Site are owned by or licensed to Digitrix LTD and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute Site content without our permission, except as permitted by law. Ownership of work we create for clients is dealt with in the relevant project agreement.

5. Third-party links and content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and may display third-party advertising. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products or practices of third parties. Links and ads do not imply our endorsement.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digitrix LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. You agree to indemnify and hold Digitrix LTD harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we handle information and cookies.

11. Governing law
